CHANGES MUST BE MADE WITH 48 HOURS NOTICE PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT COMMENCEMENT

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE-Deposits are non-refundable - Lashes By Mads understands that things come up and sometimes busy day to day life / emergencies can arise, but if a CANCELLATION and or RESCHEDULE is made without giving 48 hours notice this may affect future bookings and your ability to rebook. Failure to pay deposit/cancellation fees will result in further action from an external provider. When placing your booking all cancellation policy is agreed upon and this is legal and binding. In some circumstances deposits will be issued to you as a credit. Please get in contacts with Mads if your needing to amend an appointment time. COVID-19 has shown that restrictions can be implemented and retracted very quickly. If government imposes restrictions that affect your appointment you'll be contacted directly, deposits will be held as credits ONLY and necessary steps will be taken to rebook you as soon as restriction/s are lifted again.
